You should ask them why they do not want to progress any interest.
The corporates tend to be looking for larger practices, with turnovers over £5-600k.
They may show interest in a smaller unit if its location suits the demographics of the practices they own in the area.
Other common reasons apart from turnover are the suitability of the premises, for example the surgery is part of the owners residence.

There are still vets out there who wish to purchase a practice and so it may be worth speaking to a broker or advertising. Whatever you do you must ensure that you present the information about your practice in the best possible way.
Unfortunately there are some practices which are just not saleable, due to lack of profit and location.
