The VBA Fee Structure


(A) For Sole Traders or partnerships We charge a nominal Documentation fee of £950 in advance to cover our costs prior to marketing the practice. In addition to this the only initial costs you will be liable for are, property valuations, PAT tests, EPC's, plus any additional third party costs incurred.

  • No further fees are due until we have completed a successful sale.

  • Our final fees are commission based upon the Goodwill value achieved, starting at 3.5% of the goodwill achieved. Contact us for more details.

  • Our commission charges only take place on completion of a successful sale.

  • We will not charge you any additional fees for cancelling our agreement after the initial contract period has run.

  • We do not charge commission on any other assets, stocks, equipment etc.

(B) For the sale of Incorporated Practices - (Sale of the shares)

  • Because the costs of preparing and dealing with the sale of an incorporated practices shares are more complex and involve additional pre-sales preparation work we charge a nominal Documentation fee of £1,295 in advance to cover our costs prior to marketing the practice. In addition to this the only initial costs you will be liable for, property valuations, PAT tests, EPC's, plus any additional third party costs incurred.

  • Our fees are commission based upon the Goodwill value of the shares - starting at 3.5% of the goodwill achieved. Contact us for more details.

  • Our commission charges only take place on completion of a successful sale.

  • We will not charge you any additional fees for cancelling our agreement after the initial contract period has run.

All our fees are excluding VAT, which if charged can be reclaimed by the seller on completion

You are not obliged to accept any of the offers we receive on your behalf and should you change your mind about selling your practice, there are no "withdrawal’ fees". We do ask for sole agency and exclusivity throughout the process, for a minimum of 12 months.
